Gazebo Reservations

Use of Gazebo Common Area

Property owners can reserve the Gazebo Common Area for personal private functions. There is no fee charged, however, a deposit is required.

A non-property owner can also do so, at the discretion of the Board, but a fee will be charged as well as a deposit.
