IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT IS NEEDED TO ENSURE ACHIEVING A QUORUM (10% of 890 Owners) WHICH IS REQUIRED TO DO BUSINESS.

In accordance with the ADAR, Page 6, Article III, D. Suspension of Member's Rights, Foundation Members who are in default of Annual Assessment and related penalties, are suspended from all rights and privileges including participation in meetings and voting rights until the debt is satisfied.
