By-Laws Of Snee Farm Community Foundation, Inc.

To assist your use, understanding and correlation of the Charter (also referred to as Certificate of Incorporation or Articles of Incorporation), these By-Laws, and the Amended Declaration And Restrictions, following is clarification as to their legal character.

In the case of any conflict between the Articles of Incorporation and these By-Laws, the Articles shall control; and in the case of any conflict between the Declaration applicable to the properties and these By-Laws, the Declaration shall control.

There are two versions of the Document - For Viewing and For Printing.
The For Viewing version is formatted for reading on a monitor and has a smaller download size.
The For Printing version is of higher quality suitable for printing but has a much larger download size.
